- Prepare the Homemade Ranch Dressing: In a medium bowl, whisk together all Homemade Ranch Dressing ingredients. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Prepare the Onion Strings: Toss onion slices in flour. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry onion slices until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
- Form the Burger Patties: Gently combine all Burger Patties ingredients in a bowl. Form into 4 equal patties, being careful not to overwork the meat.
- Cook the Burger Patties: Grill or pan-fry the patties to your desired doneness.
- Assemble the Burgers: Spread Homemade Ranch Dressing on both halves of the brioche buns. Place lettuce and tomato on the bottom bun. Add the cooked patty, top with 2 slices of pepper jack cheese, and crispy fried onion strings. Cover with the top bun and serve immediately.
