Instructions
  1. In a bowl, whisk together all Marinade ingredients.
  2. Place the steak in a resealable bag or container and pour the marinade over it. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours in the refrigerator.
  3. Heat a large skillet or cast-iron pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the steak from the marinade and discard the marinade. Add the steak to the hot skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or longer for desired doneness.
  5. Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing against the grain.
  6. Add the sliced onions and bell peppers to the skillet and cook until softened and slightly charred, about 5-7 minutes.
  7. Warm the tortillas according to package directions.
  8. Serve the sliced steak and vegetables with warm tortillas, sour cream, salsa, and avocado.
