  2. Prepare the Cheese Bites: Dredge Monterey Jack sticks in flour, then dip in beaten egg, and finally coat with panko bread crumbs.
  3. Prepare the Onion Rings: Whisk together flour, beer, and baking powder. Dip onion rings into the batter, coating evenly.
