  1. Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine chicken strips with buttermilk and hot sauce. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare the Cheese Bites: Dredge Pepper Jack sticks in flour, then dip in beaten egg, and finally coat with panko bread crumbs.
  3. Prepare the Onion Rings: Whisk together flour, club soda, baking powder, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Dip onion rings into the batter, coating evenly.
  4. Prepare the Ranch: Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, and dill in a bowl. Mix well.
  5. Prepare the Honey Mustard: Combine honey and Dijon mustard in a bowl. Mix well.
  6. Prepare the BBQ Sauce: Combine ketchup and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl. Mix well.
  7. Fry the Chicken: Heat vegetable oil in a large pot or deep fryer to 350°F (175°C). Fry the chicken for 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.
