Instructions
  1. Combine all Chicken Marinade ingredients in a bowl. Add chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  3. Bake marinated chicken for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through. Shred the chicken with two forks.
  4. Prepare the Sauce by combining all Sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Mix well.
  5. Spread tortilla chips on a baking sheet.
  6. Top chips with shredded chicken, Monterey Jack cheese, cheddar cheese, black beans, red onion, jalapeños, and corn.
  7. Bake for 5-7 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Drizzle with Chipotle Sauce. Garnish with sour cream, guacamole, and cilantro. Serve immediately.
