Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine all Sauce ingredients. Set aside.
- Heat a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground pork and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned and crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
- Cook the noodles according to package directions. Drain well.
- Divide the noodles into two bowls. Top with the cooked pork and pour the sauce over the noodles.
- Garnish with chopped scallions, peanuts, and preserved vegetables (if using).
- Serve immediately, mixing well before eating.
