Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Roast pecans for 5-7 minutes, then chop and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all Dressing ingredients and whisk until smooth.
  3. Add the Cooked Chicken, Red Grapes, Celery, Red Onion, Roasted Pecans, and Dried Cranberries to the bowl with the dressing.
  4. Gently stir to coat all ingredients evenly.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  6. Serve chilled and enjoy!
