Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Roast pecans for 5-7 minutes, then chop and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine all Dressing ingredients and whisk until smooth.
- Add the Cooked Chicken, Red Grapes, Celery, Red Onion, Roasted Pecans, and Dried Cranberries to the bowl with the dressing.
- Gently stir to coat all ingredients evenly.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
