Instructions
  1. In a shallow dish, whisk together the French Toast ingredients: Eggs, Half-and-Half, Vanilla Extract, Cinnamon, and Nutmeg.
  2. In a separate shallow dish, combine the Churro Coating ingredients: Granulated Sugar, Cinnamon, and Allspice.
  3. Dip each slice of Brioche Bread into the French Toast mixture, ensuring both sides are coated.
  4. Immediately dredge the soaked bread into the Churro Coating, pressing gently to adhere.
  5. Roll up each coated bread slice tightly.
  6. Melt Butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  7. Cook the French Toast Rollups for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  8. While the rollups are cooking, prepare the Glaze: Whisk together Powdered Sugar, Maple Syrup, Milk, Vanilla Extract, and Cinnamon until smooth.
  9. Drizzle the Glaze over the cooked Churro French Toast Rollups and serve immediately.
