In a separate shallow dish, combine the Churro Coating ingredients: Granulated Sugar, Cinnamon, and Allspice.
Dip each slice of Brioche Bread into the French Toast mixture, ensuring both sides are coated.

Melt Butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
