What You'll Need

Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine the Milk, Yeast, Granulated Sugar, and Salt. Let stand for 5 minutes until foamy.
  2. Add the melted Butter and 2 cups of Flour to the yeast mixture. Mix well.
  3. Gradually add the remaining Flour, mixing until a soft dough forms. Knead on a lightly floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, turning to coat. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine the Filling ingredients. Mix well.
  6. Roll the dough out on a lightly floured surface into a 12x18 inch rectangle.
  7. Spread the Filling evenly over the dough.
  8. Roll the dough up tightly, starting from the long side. Cut into 12 equal slices.
  9. Place the rolls in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes.
  10. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  11. While the rolls are baking, prepare the Frosting. Beat the Cream Cheese and Butter together until smooth. Gradually add the Powdered Sugar and Vanilla Extract, beating until light and fluffy.
  12. Frost the warm rolls and serve immediately.
