A comforting and simple chicken noodle soup, perfect for a cold day or when you're feeling under the weather.
Instructions
- Place Chicken in a large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30-40 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
- Remove Chicken from pot and let cool slightly. Shred the Chicken, discarding skin and bones.
- Add Vegetables to the broth in the pot and simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until tender.
- Add shredded Chicken, Thyme, Rosemary, Salt, and Pepper to the pot. Bring to a simmer.
- Add Egg Noodles and cook according to package directions, usually 8-10 minutes.
- Serve hot.
