Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium saucepan, combine all Main ingredients. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture starts to thicken, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly, about 5 minutes.
- Using a spoon or small cookie scoop, drop rounded mounds of the coconut mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Let cool completely on the baking sheet before serving.
