Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the Ground Beef over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease.
- Add Water, Yellow Mustard, Chili Powder, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Cumin, Salt, and Pepper to the skillet. Stir well to combine.
- Bring the Coney Sauce to a simmer, then reduce heat to low and cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- While the sauce simmers, steam or boil the Hot Dogs according to package directions.
- Place each Hot Dog in a Hot Dog Bun.
- Spoon a generous amount of Coney Sauce over each Hot Dog.
- Top with Yellow Mustard and Chopped White Onion.
- Serve immediately.
