Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, brown the Ground Beef over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease.
  2. Add Water, Yellow Mustard, Chili Powder, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Cumin, Salt, and Pepper to the skillet. Stir well to combine.
  3. Bring the Coney Sauce to a simmer, then reduce heat to low and cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. While the sauce simmers, steam or boil the Hot Dogs according to package directions.
  5. Place each Hot Dog in a Hot Dog Bun.
  6. Spoon a generous amount of Coney Sauce over each Hot Dog.
  7. Top with Yellow Mustard and Chopped White Onion.
  8. Serve immediately.
