Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, brown the Ground Beef over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease.
  2. Add Beef Broth, Yellow Mustard, Chili Powder, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Smoked Paprika, Cayenne Pepper, Salt, and Pepper to the skillet. Stir well to combine.
  3. Bring the Coney Sauce to a simmer, then reduce heat to low and cook for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, allowing the flavors to meld.
  4. Grill or pan-fry the Hot Dogs until they have a slight char and are heated through.
  5. Lightly toast the Brioche Buns.
  6. Place each Hot Dog in a toasted Brioche Bun.
  7. Spoon a generous amount of Coney Sauce over each Hot Dog.
  8. Top with Yellow Mustard and finely diced White Onion.
  9. Serve immediately.
