Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine the Dough ingredients (Warm Water, Sugar, Yeast). Let stand for 5 minutes until foamy.
  2. Add the Flour and Salt to the yeast mixture. Knead for 5-7 minutes until a smooth dough forms. Add Vegetable Oil and knead for another minute.
  3. Place the dough in a greased bowl, turning to coat. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
  4. While the dough rises, prepare the Beer Cheese Dip. Combine all Beer Cheese Dip ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  5. Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C).
  6. Punch down the dough and divide into 24 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a rope about 6 inches long.
  7. Tie each rope into a knot. Place the knots on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Brush the pretzel bites with melted Butter and sprinkle with Coarse Salt.
  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  10. Serve warm with the Beer Cheese Dip.
