Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the Dough ingredients (Warm Water, Brown Sugar, Yeast). Let stand for 5 minutes until foamy.
- Add the Bread Flour and Salt to the yeast mixture. Knead for 8-10 minutes until a smooth and elastic dough forms. Add Vegetable Oil and knead for another minute.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, turning to coat. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1.5 hours, or until doubled in size.
- While the dough rises, prepare the Beer Cheese Dip. Combine all Beer Cheese Dip ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C).
- Punch down the dough and divide into 24 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a rope about 6 inches long.
- Tie each rope into a knot. Place the knots on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the pretzel bites with melted Butter and sprinkle with Coarse Salt.
- Bake for 13-16 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with the Beer Cheese Dip.
