Instructions
  1. Cut chicken into small, bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, marinate the chicken with 1 tbsp soy sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
  3. While chicken marinates, prepare the Sauce by combining sweet chili sauce, 2 tbsp soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil in a small bowl. Set aside.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook until fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes.
  5. Pour the Sauce over the cooked chicken and stir to coat. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  6. Fry wonton wrappers in vegetable oil until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
  7. Fill each fried wonton wrapper with the chicken mixture, shredded carrots, shredded cabbage, and green onions.
  8. Serve immediately.
