Combine all Ribs ingredients in a bowl and rub evenly over the ribs.
Wrap the ribs tightly in aluminum foil and bake for 2-2.5 hours, or until tender.
While the ribs are baking, prepare the Sauce. Combine all Sauce ingredients in a saucepan and simmer over medium heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove the ribs from the oven and unwrap them. Brush generously with the Sauce.
Increase oven temperature to 350°F (175°C).
Return the ribs to the oven, uncovered, and bake for another 15-20 minutes, brushing with Sauce every 5 minutes, until the sauce is caramelized and sticky.
Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
