Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all Marinade ingredients.
- In a separate bowl, combine all Spice Blend ingredients.
- Add Steak to the marinade, ensuring it's well coated. Marinate for at least 4 hours, or up to 24 hours in the refrigerator.
- Heat a large cast-iron skillet over high heat until smoking hot.
- Remove Steak from the marinade and pat dry. Season generously with Spice Blend.
- Sear Steak for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or longer for desired doneness.
- Remove Steak from the skillet and let rest for 10 minutes. Slice thinly against the grain.
- Add Vegetables to the same skillet and cook for 6-8 minutes, or until tender-crisp.
- Return sliced Steak to the skillet with the Vegetables and toss to combine. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Warm tortillas according to package directions.
- Serve Steak and Vegetable mixture with warm tortillas, Queso fresco, Guacamole, Salsa verde, and Lime wedges.
