  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the Cake flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add the buttermilk, oil, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Beat until combined.
  4. Gradually pour in the hot coffee, mixing until the batter is smooth. The batter will be thin.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. While the cake is baking, prepare the Chocolate Ganache. Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan until simmering. Pour over the chocolate chips and let sit for 1 minute. Stir until smooth.
  7. Prepare the Chocolate Sauce. Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan until simmering. Pour over the chocolate chips and let sit for 1 minute. Stir until smooth.
  8. Once the cake is cooled, pour the Chocolate Ganache over the top. Let it set slightly.
  9. Drizzle with the Chocolate Sauce and serve warm.
