Copycat Applebee's White Peach Sangria

A sophisticated sangria featuring premium ingredients and a delicate elderflower liqueur for a truly refined experience.
Instructions
- Prepare the White peach puree by blending ripe white peaches until smooth. Strain to remove any skin.
- In a large pitcher, combine the Vermentino, Peach liqueur, White peach puree, Blood Orange juice, and St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur.
- Add the sliced White peaches, Blood Orange slices, Raspberries, Blackberries, and Blueberries to the pitcher.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
- Just before serving, gently stir in the Prosecco.
- Serve in chilled wine glasses and garnish with edible flowers.
