Instructions
  1. Prepare the White peach puree by blending ripe white peaches until smooth. Strain to remove any skin.
  2. In a large pitcher, combine the Vermentino, Peach liqueur, White peach puree, Blood Orange juice, and St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur.
  3. Add the sliced White peaches, Blood Orange slices, Raspberries, Blackberries, and Blueberries to the pitcher.
  4. Stir gently to combine.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
  6. Just before serving, gently stir in the Prosecco.
  7. Serve in chilled wine glasses and garnish with edible flowers.
