Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cream together the Unsalted Butter, Granulated Sugar, and Packed Brown Sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in the Large Egg and Vanilla Extract.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the All-Purpose Flour, Baking Soda, and Salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Stir in the Chocolate Chips.
Pour the dough into a 9-inch cast iron skillet (or oven-safe skillet).
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown around the edges but still slightly soft in the center.
Let cool for a few minutes before topping with Vanilla Ice Cream.
