Copycat Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic Wings

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine Salt, Sugar, and Paprika with 4 cups of water. Submerge Chicken wings in brine and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Remove wings from brine, pat dry, and arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 35 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- While wings are baking, prepare the Sauce. In a saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat.
- Add Garlic to the melted Butter and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
- Stir in Parmesan Cheese, Hot Sauce, Garlic Powder, Black Pepper, and Lemon Juice.
- Remove wings from oven and transfer to a large bowl.
- Pour Sauce over wings and toss to coat evenly.
- Serve immediately.
