Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine Salt, Sugar, and Paprika with 4 cups of water. Submerge Chicken wings in brine and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  3. Remove wings from brine, pat dry, and arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 35 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. While wings are baking, prepare the Sauce. In a saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat.
  6. Add Garlic to the melted Butter and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
  7. Stir in Parmesan Cheese, Hot Sauce, Garlic Powder, Black Pepper, and Lemon Juice.
  8. Remove wings from oven and transfer to a large bowl.
  9. Pour Sauce over wings and toss to coat evenly.
  10. Serve immediately.
