Instructions
🎙️ Cook with voice coach- Cook Pasta according to package directions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining. Set aside.
- In a bowl, toss Chicken with 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1/2 tsp Sea Salt, and 1/4 tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper. Cook in a skillet over medium-high heat until cooked through and lightly browned, about 6-8 minutes. Set aside.
- While the chicken is cooking, prepare the Sauce. In a food processor or blender, combine all Sauce ingredients. Blend until very smooth and creamy, adding a tablespoon or two of reserved pasta water if needed to reach desired consistency.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked Pasta, cooked Chicken, and Sauce. Toss to coat evenly, adding more pasta water if needed to create a creamy sauce.
- Garnish with Fresh Basil and serve immediately.
