Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine all Crust ingredients and press into a 9-inch pie plate. Bake for 8-10 minutes, then cool completely.
- In a medium saucepan, whisk together all Filling ingredients (except butter and vanilla) until smooth.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly. Remove from heat and stir in butter and vanilla.
- Pour half of the Filling into the cooled crust. Arrange half of the Banana Layer on top of the filling.
- Pour the remaining Filling over the bananas, then arrange the remaining Banana Layer on top.
- In a separate bowl, beat all Whipped Cream Topping ingredients until stiff peaks form.
- Spread Whipped Cream Topping evenly over the pie. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
