Melt Butter in a saucepan. Stir in Sugar, Cocoa Powder, and Salt. Remove from heat and stir in Vanilla Extract. Add Eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Gradually add Flour and mix until just combined.
Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
Let the Brownie cool completely and cut into squares.
For the Hot Fudge, heat Heavy Cream in a saucepan until simmering. Remove from heat and add Chocolate Chips, Butter, and Corn Syrup. Let sit for 1 minute, then stir until smooth.
Place a brownie square in each serving dish.
Top with a generous scoop of Vanilla Bean Ice Cream.
Drizzle with Hot Fudge.
Garnish with Freshly Whipped Cream, Toasted Pecans, and a Maraschino Cherry.
