Instructions
  1. Cook Pasta according to package directions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. If using Chicken, season Chicken with Italian Seasoning and Salt. Cook in a skillet over medium-high heat until cooked through.
  3. In a large saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat. Add Garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Pour in White Wine and simmer until reduced by half, about 3-5 minutes.
  5. Add Heavy Cream and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low and whisk in Parmesan Cheese until melted and smooth. Stir in Black Pepper and Nutmeg.
  6. Add cooked Pasta to the Sauce and toss to coat. If the sauce is too thick, add reserved pasta water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached.
  7. If using Chicken, add Chicken to the Pasta and Sauce and toss to combine. Serve immediately.
