Copycat Cheesecake Factory Godiva Brownie Sundae
An indulgent and sophisticated take on the classic sundae. Featuring flourless chocolate brownies, a dark chocolate ganache, artisanal vanilla bean ice cream, and a Godiva chocolate sauce.
Make Brownies: Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Melt chocolate and butter. Whisk in eggs and sugar, then vanilla. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Let cool completely.
Make Chocolate Ganache: Heat Heavy Cream in a saucepan. Pour over Dark Chocolate. Let sit for 1 minute, then stir until smooth.
Divide Brownie squares between two bowls.
Top with Artisanal Vanilla Bean ice cream.
Drizzle with Chocolate Ganache and Godiva chocolate sauce.
Add Homemade whipped cream.
Sprinkle with Cocoa nibs and garnish with Godiva chocolates.
