Make Chocolate Sauce: Heat Heavy Cream in a saucepan. Remove from heat and add Chocolate Chips and Butter. Stir until smooth. Add Vanilla extract.
Divide Brownie squares between two bowls.
Top with Premium Vanilla ice cream.
Drizzle with Chocolate Sauce.
Add Whipped cream.
Sprinkle with Chocolate shavings and Chopped hazelnuts, then drizzle with Godiva liqueur.
