Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine all Herb Crust ingredients. Mix well.
- Pat the Salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Place salmon skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Press the Herb Crust mixture evenly onto the top of each salmon fillet.
- In a small saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat. Continue cooking, swirling occasionally, until butter turns golden brown and has a nutty aroma (about 5-7 minutes). Be careful not to burn it.
- Remove from heat and immediately stir in Lemon juice, Lemon zest, Capers, and Garlic. Season with Fleur de sel and pepper.
- Drizzle the Brown Butter Lemon Sauce evenly over the herb-crusted salmon.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. The skin should be crispy.
- Serve immediately.
