Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine all Herb Crust ingredients. Mix well.
  3. Pat the Salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Place salmon skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Press the Herb Crust mixture evenly onto the top of each salmon fillet.
  5. In a small saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat. Continue cooking, swirling occasionally, until butter turns golden brown and has a nutty aroma (about 5-7 minutes). Be careful not to burn it.
  6. Remove from heat and immediately stir in Lemon juice, Lemon zest, Capers, and Garlic. Season with Fleur de sel and pepper.
  7. Drizzle the Brown Butter Lemon Sauce evenly over the herb-crusted salmon.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. The skin should be crispy.
  9. Serve immediately.
