Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, combine all Herb Crust ingredients. Mix well.
Pat the Salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Place salmon skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
Press the Herb Crust mixture evenly onto the top of each salmon fillet.
In a small saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat. Add Lemon juice, Lemon zest, Dijon mustard, and Garlic. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly, until slightly thickened.
Drizzle the Lemon Butter Sauce evenly over the herb-crusted salmon.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. The skin should be crispy.
