1 Cauliflower-large head, cut into florets
1 cup All-purpose flour
1/2 cup Cornstarch
1 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Salt

Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine all Batter ingredients and whisk until smooth.
  2. Add Cauliflower florets to the batter and toss to coat evenly.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together all Sauce ingredients.
  4. Heat about 1 inch of oil in a large pot or deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Fry the battered cauliflower in batches for 3-5 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove the cauliflower from the oil and drain on a wire rack.
  7. In a large bowl, toss the fried cauliflower with the Sauce until well coated.
  8. Garnish with Sesame seeds and Green onions before serving.
