Copycat Cheesecake Factory Korean Fried Cauliflower
A simplified version of the popular appetizer, using readily available ingredients and straightforward techniques.

Cauliflower-large head, cut into florets

All-purpose flour

Cornstarch

A simplified version of the popular appetizer, using readily available ingredients and straightforward techniques.
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine all Batter ingredients and whisk until smooth.
- Add Cauliflower florets to the batter and toss to coat evenly.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together all Sauce ingredients.
- Heat about 1 inch of oil in a large pot or deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry the battered cauliflower in batches for 3-5 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the cauliflower from the oil and drain on a wire rack.
- In a large bowl, toss the fried cauliflower with the Sauce until well coated.
- Garnish with Sesame seeds and Green onions before serving.
