1 Cauliflower-large head, cut into florets
3/4 cup All-purpose flour
1/4 cup Rice flour
1/4 cup Cornstarch
1 tsp Baking powder

Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine all Batter ingredients and whisk until smooth. The batter should be light and airy.
  2. Add Cauliflower florets to the batter and toss to coat evenly.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together all Sauce ingredients.
  4. Heat about 1 inch of oil in a large pot or deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Fry the battered cauliflower in batches for 4-6 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove the cauliflower from the oil and drain on a wire rack.
  7. In a large bowl, toss the fried cauliflower with the Sauce until well coated.
  8. Garnish with toasted Sesame seeds and Green onions before serving.
