Copycat Cheesecake Factory Korean Fried Cauliflower
A refined version with a slightly more complex batter and sauce, and a touch of ginger for added depth.

Cauliflower-large head, cut into florets
3/4 cup
All-purpose flour
1/4 cup
Rice flour
1/4 cup
Cornstarch

A refined version with a slightly more complex batter and sauce, and a touch of ginger for added depth.
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine all Batter ingredients and whisk until smooth. The batter should be light and airy.
- Add Cauliflower florets to the batter and toss to coat evenly.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together all Sauce ingredients.
- Heat about 1 inch of oil in a large pot or deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry the battered cauliflower in batches for 4-6 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the cauliflower from the oil and drain on a wire rack.
- In a large bowl, toss the fried cauliflower with the Sauce until well coated.
- Garnish with toasted Sesame seeds and Green onions before serving.
