Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Soak brioche bread crumbs in heavy cream for 10 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine all Meatloaf ingredients, including the soaked bread crumbs. Mix gently but thoroughly with your hands.
  4. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place in a loaf pan.
  5. In a small saucepan, combine all Glaze ingredients. Simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened.
  6. Bake for 75 minutes. Spread half of the Glaze over the meatloaf and bake for another 25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  7. Spread the remaining Glaze over the meatloaf during the last 10 minutes of baking.
  8. Let rest for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
