Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Soak brioche bread crumbs in heavy cream for 10 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine all Meatloaf ingredients, including the soaked bread crumbs. Mix gently but thoroughly with your hands.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place in a loaf pan.
- In a small saucepan, combine all Glaze ingredients. Simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened.
- Bake for 75 minutes. Spread half of the Glaze over the meatloaf and bake for another 25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Spread the remaining Glaze over the meatloaf during the last 10 minutes of baking.
- Let rest for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
