In a large bowl, combine all Meatloaf ingredients. Mix gently but thoroughly with your hands.
Shape the mixture into a loaf and place in a loaf pan.
In a small bowl, whisk together all Glaze ingredients.
Bake for 60 minutes. Spread half of the Glaze over the meatloaf and bake for another 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
Spread the remaining Glaze over the meatloaf during the last 15 minutes of baking.
Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
