Copycat Cheesecake Factory Miso Salmon
A refined version of the classic, incorporating fresh ginger and a touch of sesame oil for a more complex flavor.

Salmon fillets-6 oz each, skin on or off
1/4 cup
White miso paste

Mirin

A refined version of the classic, incorporating fresh ginger and a touch of sesame oil for a more complex flavor.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together all Miso Glaze ingredients until smooth.
- Place Salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the Miso Glaze generously over the top of each salmon fillet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with Green onions and toasted Sesame seeds before serving.

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together all Miso Glaze ingredients until smooth.
- Place Salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the Miso Glaze generously over the top of each salmon fillet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with Green onions and toasted Sesame seeds before serving.
