1/4 cup White miso paste
2 tbsp Mirin
2 tbsp Sake
1 tbsp Soy sauce

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together all Miso Glaze ingredients until smooth.
  3. Place Salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Brush the Miso Glaze generously over the top of each salmon fillet.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Garnish with Green onions and toasted Sesame seeds before serving.
