Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine all Beef ingredients and mix well. Form into small patties, slightly larger than the Hawaiian roll halves.
  2. Cook the beef patties in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess grease.
  3. While the beef is cooking, caramelize the Onions. Melt Butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add Yellow onion and cook, stirring occasionally, until softened and caramelized, about 15-20 minutes. Stir in Brown sugar during the last 5 minutes.
  4. Prepare the Sauce by combining all Sauce ingredients in a small bowl and mixing well.
  5. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally. Spread the Sauce on both halves of the rolls.
  6. Place a beef patty on the bottom half of each roll. Top with caramelized Onions and a slice of Cheddar cheese.
  7. Cover with the top half of the roll. Brush the tops of the rolls with melted Butter.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the rolls are golden brown.
