Instructions
  1. Prepare the Meatballs: In a large bowl, combine all Meatballs ingredients. Mix gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
  2. Roll the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
  3. Prepare the Sauce: Heat Olive oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat. Add Garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add Crushed tomatoes, Tomato sauce, Tomato paste, Oregano, Basil, Sugar, Red pepper flakes, Salt, and Pepper. Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat and cook for at least 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Gently add the Meatballs to the Sauce. Cover and simmer for another 30 minutes, or until meatballs are cooked through.
  6. Cook the Pasta: While the sauce simmers, cook Spaghetti according to package directions.
  7. Drain the Pasta and add it directly to the pot with the Sauce and Meatballs. Toss to coat.
  8. Serve immediately, garnished with Fresh parsley and Parmesan cheese.
