Marinate chicken thighs in Marinade ingredients for at least 15 minutes.
Cook fettuccine pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add marinated chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
While chicken is cooking, prepare the Sauce. In a medium bowl, combine all Sauce ingredients and mix well until smooth.
Add cooked pasta and cooked chicken to the skillet with the Sauce. Toss to coat evenly.
