Cook pasta according to package directions. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining. Set aside.
In a bowl, combine all Chicken ingredients and mix well. Heat Olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, combine all Sauce ingredients. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. If sauce is too thick, add a tablespoon of reserved pasta water at a time until desired consistency is reached.
Add cooked pasta and chicken to the Sauce. Toss to coat, adding more pasta water if needed.
Garnish with Green onions and Cilantro and serve immediately.
