  1. Prepare the Sushi Rice: Rinse the sushi rice until the water runs clear. Cook the rice with water in a rice cooker or pot according to package directions. Once cooked, gently mix in rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Let cool slightly.
  2. Make the Spicy Tuna Mix: In a bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, sriracha, sesame oil, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.
  3. Prepare Spicy Mayo Sauce: Combine mayonnaise and Sriracha in a small bowl. Set aside.
  4. Assemble the Roll: Place a nori sheet on a bamboo sushi rolling mat. Spread half of the sushi rice evenly over the nori, leaving a small strip bare at the top edge.
  5. Arrange Filling: Layer half of the avocado slices and half of the julienned cucumber over the rice.
  6. Add Tuna: Add half of the spicy tuna mixture over the avocado and cucumber.
