Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium bowl, combine all Cheese Sauce ingredients. Mix until smooth and well combined.
Gently fold in the Crab into the cheese sauce mixture, being careful not to break up the crab too much.
Pour the mixture into a small oven-safe baking dish.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
Garnish with Fresh Parsley before serving.
Serve immediately with Tortilla Chips.
