Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine all Cheese Sauce ingredients except the Sherry. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  3. Stir in the Sherry.
  4. Gently fold in the Crab into the cheese sauce mixture, being careful not to break up the crab too much.
  5. Pour the mixture into a small oven-safe baking dish.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Garnish with Fresh Chives before serving.
  8. Serve immediately with Tortilla Chips.
