Copycat Cheesecake Factory Warm Crab Dip
A richer and more flavorful version of the classic crab dip. This version incorporates a touch of sherry and uses a blend of higher-quality cheeses.

Lump Crab Meat-high quality, drained and picked over for shells
8 ounces
Cream Cheese-full fat, softened
1/3 cup
Mayonnaise-full fat
1/4 cup
Parmesan Cheese-freshly grated
1/4 cup
Gruyere Cheese-shredded

A richer and more flavorful version of the classic crab dip. This version incorporates a touch of sherry and uses a blend of higher-quality cheeses.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine all Cheese Sauce ingredients except the Sherry. Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Stir in the Sherry.
- Gently fold in the Crab into the cheese sauce mixture, being careful not to break up the crab too much.
- Pour the mixture into a small oven-safe baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
- Garnish with Fresh Chives before serving.
- Serve immediately with Tortilla Chips.
