Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in a zip-top bag. Combine all Marinade ingredients and pour over chicken. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
- In a shallow dish, combine all Breading ingredients.
- Remove chicken from marinade and dredge in breading mixture, ensuring it is fully coated.
- Heat about 1/2 inch of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Fry chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F / 74°C).
- While chicken is frying, combine all Sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
- Toast hamburger buns.
- Spread Sauce on both halves of the buns. Place fried chicken on the bottom bun, top with pickle slices, and cover with the top bun. Serve immediately.
