Instructions
First, prepare the Homemade Ranch Dressing: In a bowl, whisk together Buttermilk, Mayonnaise, Dried Parsley, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Black Pepper, and Salt until well combined. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
In a large bowl, combine the Chicken, Homemade Ranch Dressing, and half of the Bacon. Mix well.
Sprinkle Monterey Jack and Sharp Cheddar Cheese evenly over four tortillas.
Top with the chicken and ranch mixture.
Sprinkle the remaining Bacon and Green Onions over the filling.
Cover with the remaining four tortillas.
Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat.
Cook quesadillas for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
