1 tsp Onion powder
1/2 tsp Salt

A recreation of Chili's famous Big Mouth Burgers, featuring a juicy patty, pepper jack cheese, grilled onions, and a signature sauce, all on a toasted bun.
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine all Burger Patties ingredients and mix gently. Form into 4 patties.
  2. Prepare the Sauce by combining all Sauce ingredients in a small bowl and mixing well.
  3. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Grill or cook the patties for 4-6 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  4. During the last few minutes of cooking, top each patty with 2 slices of Pepper jack cheese and allow to melt.
  5. While the patties are cooking, grill or sauté the sliced onion until softened and slightly caramelized.
  6. Toast the Hamburger buns.
  7. Spread Sauce on both halves of each bun. Place lettuce, tomato, and pickle slices on the bottom bun. Add the cheeseburger patty and grilled onions. Top with the other bun half and serve immediately.
