Copycat Chili's Burger Bites
An upscale version of Chili's Burger Bites featuring premium ingredients and refined techniques.

An upscale version of Chili's Burger Bites featuring premium ingredients and refined techniques.
Instructions
- Gently combine all Burger Patties ingredients in a bowl. Form into 8 small, loosely packed patties. Avoid overworking the meat.
- Heat a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the patties for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, adjusting time for desired doneness.
- During the last minute of cooking, top each patty with a slice of aged white cheddar cheese and allow to melt.
- Prepare the Sauce by combining all Sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Taste and adjust seasoning.
- Lightly toast the potato rolls. Spread a generous amount of Sauce on both halves of each roll.
- Assemble the Burger Bites with a patty, caramelized onions, and hand-cut dill pickles. Serve immediately.
