Instructions
- Season Chicken with Cajun seasoning.
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook Chicken until browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet and slice.
- In the same skillet, sauté Vegetables until softened, about 5 minutes.
- To make the Sauce, melt Butter in the skillet. Whisk in Flour and cook for 1 minute to create a roux.
- Gradually whisk in Chicken broth until smooth. Bring to a simmer.
- Stir in Heavy cream, Cajun seasoning, Garlic powder, Black pepper, and Cayenne pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes, or until Sauce has thickened.
- Add cooked pasta, sliced Chicken, and sautéed Vegetables to the Sauce. Toss to coat.
- Garnish with Chopped green onions and serve immediately.
