Season Chicken with Cajun seasoning and Smoked paprika.
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, cook Chicken until browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet and slice.
In the same skillet, sauté Vegetables, including Garlic, until softened, about 7 minutes.
To make the Sauce, melt Butter in the skillet. Whisk in Flour and cook for 1 minute to create a roux.
Gradually whisk in Chicken broth until smooth. Bring to a simmer.
Stir in Heavy cream, Cajun seasoning, Garlic powder, Black pepper, Cayenne pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer for 8 minutes, or until Sauce has thickened.
Add cooked pasta, sliced Chicken, and sautéed Vegetables to the Sauce. Toss to coat.
Garnish with Chopped green onions and Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
