What You'll Need

Equipment: Large skillet, Mixing bowls, Wire rack, Thermometer, Measuring cups and spoons Shop these items →
Instructions
  1. Cut Chicken into tender-sized pieces.
  2. Season Chicken with salt and pepper.
  3. Combine all Marinade ingredients in a bowl and add Chicken. Marinate for at least 1 hour, or up to 6 hours.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together all Breading ingredients.
  5. Remove Chicken from Marinade and dredge in Breading, ensuring each piece is fully coated.
  6. Heat vegetable oil in a large, heavy-bottomed skillet over medium-high heat.
  7. Fry Chicken in batches for 6-8 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. Maintain oil temperature around 350°F (175°C).
  8. Remove Chicken from skillet and place on a wire rack to drain excess oil.
  9. Combine all Sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
  10. Serve Chicken Crispers with Sauce for dipping.
