Instructions
- Cut Chicken into tender-sized pieces.
- Season Chicken with salt and pepper.
- Combine all Marinade ingredients in a bowl and add Chicken. Marinate for at least 1 hour, or up to 6 hours.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together all Breading ingredients.
- Remove Chicken from Marinade and dredge in Breading, ensuring each piece is fully coated.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large, heavy-bottomed skillet over medium-high heat.
- Fry Chicken in batches for 6-8 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. Maintain oil temperature around 350°F (175°C).
- Remove Chicken from skillet and place on a wire rack to drain excess oil.
- Combine all Sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
- Serve Chicken Crispers with Sauce for dipping.
